Each and every year, Americans across the entire United States gather in their living room to watch the most exciting sports event of the year.

The Super Bowl has long been a staple in American culture. People from all walks of life, social and economic status, tune in to see what NFL team will bring home the trophy at the end of the night.

On top of the game itself, “Super Bowl Sunday” is one of the biggest nights to party of the year. Groups of people across the nation gather to watch the big game, drink, and party as if there is no tomorrow.

So, when a young college student does not show up for her mother’s Super Bowl party, an unimaginable string of events transpires that still leaves New York state police seeking answers.

The Disappearance and the Discovery

The day is “Super Bowl Sunday” or January 28th, 2001. Jill had plans to watch the big game with her sister and mother on the night of January 28th. However, Jill had told her mother that she might have to bail due to her EMT homework and studies.
